Full Time Compliance Officer
CSB employs a dedicated Compliance and Quality Control Director who works with regulatory entities, ACA International, HFMA, HBMA, AAHAM and any other productive source to ensure that CSB is informed and compliant.
Documented Training Program
Staff are trained, and regularly retrained, on HIPAA, FDCPA, FCRA and various State laws that may pertain to our operations.
Industry Involvement
CSB and key staff are members and active participants of ACA International, HFMA, AAHAM, and the Arizona Collectors Association. We volunteer our time, resources, and regularly attend most local/regional/national industry programming.
New Hire Screening & Contracting
We perform criminal background checks on all new employees, require a signed confidentiality agreement and warranty they are not excluded from Medicare contracting or the OIG government exclusion list.
