PPMS Certified through ACA International
CSB is one of the few companies in the World to have achieved certification through the ACA International’s “Professional Practices Management System” (PPMS). PPMS is a quality management system modeled after ISO9001, but developed specifically for the collection industry. As a PPMS Certified Agency, our clients enjoy the peace of mind knowing that CSB maintains a comprehensive business management and quality control program that is audited by an independent 3rd party for compliance.
Comprehensive Procedure and Work Instruction Documentation
A cornerstone of our quality control program is the documentation of all major company processes in a manner that can be audited by our Quality Control and Compliance Department. All procedures and associated work instructions are catalogued according to the PPMS Element (there are 18 total elements) and made available to our staff via our intranet.
Scheduled Auditing Ensures Consistency
Regular internal audits are conducted on all procedures and work instructions to ensure accuracy and completeness. The results are trended and reported to management with annual audits of the overall program being conducted by an independent 3rd party appointed by ACA International.
Non Conformities and Corrective Action
Unintended outcomes occur in every organization, the difference is what you do with them when they happen. At CSB, an “oops” moment results in a documented non conformity process being initiated where root cause analysis is conducted to determine the true cause of the non conformity in order to reach a permanent resolution. Non conformities are a part of life; solving them for good is a part of our PPMS Quality Management System.
