This team addresses all potential insurance claims that come up as part of the collection process. A proprietary CSB insurance identification process takes place on every new account and routes them to the Insurance Team for follow-up. In instances of 3rd party liability where an attorney is involved or a healthcare lien is filed, our Team works directly with the law firm including, if appropriate, negotiations regarding any settlement payout.

Regular Collector Audits
Audits are conducted by our collection management team in coordination with our Director of Quality Control and Compliance to ensure high quality outcomes according to written documented procedures. Audit results are scored and tracked in our custom tracking software with any non conformities addressed through our quality assurance program.
