Client Satisfaction & Patient Concern Management
Client and Patient satisfaction are the pillars of our company business philosophy. We track all client concerns brought to our attention as a component of our total quality management system. All client concerns are formally logged, researched, and addressed accordingly with complete results being reported back to the client and not closed until the client confirms their satisfaction with the process. Client Relations normally spearheads this process, bringing in other key managers and employees as necessary.
Client Systems
We have built custom data interfaces and have experience working with McKesson, QuadraMed, Siemens, Meditech, NextGen and many others.
When available and appropriate, our Client Relations Team may remotely access client patient accounting systems to research, review, and even request documentation to support our Revenue Solution projects. CSB’s ability to “self service” many of these issues greatly decreases the burden traditionally carried by client staff to support outsourcing partners.

For clients requiring special data transfers, interfaces, or customized reporting requests, CSB has full time software developers on staff ready to help.
